Our senior leadership team brings many years of experience across frontline response and event medical cover. They have also played a significant role in training and mentoring clinical staff within the NHS, voluntary organisations, and the private sector.

Importantly, many of our providers continue to work in frontline roles, including as Ambulance Crew, Community First Responders, and Ambulance Co-Responders as part of BASICS schemes. This ensures our knowledge and skills remain current and practical.

Cost-Effective and Affordable

You might expect this level of experience to come at a premium — but not with us.

We pride ourselves on delivering a highly cost-effective service at an affordable price. Increasingly, event organisers choose us over more expensive providers with considerably less experience.

For community-interest and charitable events, we also offer cover at cost price, charging only for essential staffing and operational expenses.

More Than Basic First Aid

We do not provide basic first aid cover. All of our staff are qualified first responders with advanced skills and equipment to manage a wide range of conditions and injuries, including full resuscitation when required.

Our teams are equipped with oxygen, resuscitation devices, airway management equipment, cardiac defibrillators, and essential patient monitoring tools. Some of our enhanced clinicians also carry additional equipment, such as Entonox, for initial pain relief.

Supporting Our Local Communities

Our Community Support Team (CST) delivers not-for-profit provision across locations in our local area.

We also provide voluntary assistance during times of crisis or emergency through the Communities Prepared Network, offering support under the Civil Contingencies Act 2024 whenever possible. Currently, we work closely with several committees, charities, and parish councils across South Staffordshire and East Shropshire.

Our senior team members have a combined total of over 175 years of experience across frontline response, training, and event medical services.

Every event we cover includes at least one experienced team leader or clinical supervisor on duty. Larger events are supported by two or more senior clinicians to ensure safe and effective care.
