Founded in 2015, we are located on the East Shropshire/South Staffordshire border close to Shifnal with immediate access to the A5, A41 and M54 Motorway.

We operate on a not-for-profit basis, reinvesting any surplus directly into maintaining, upgrading, and improving our equipment and services.

We provide cover for a wide range of events, including:

• Comprehensive Event Medical Plans provided for SAGs and governing bodies

• £5 million Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance

• All staff Enhanced DBS checked

We regularly support events operating under national governing bodies, including UK Athletics, British Horse Society, UK Triathlon, Run Britain, and Sport England.

Highly Trained Responders

All of our responders are experienced frontline professionals, equipped with AEDs, oxygen, airway management, and full resuscitation equipment. Our personnel are fully trained, authorised, and indemnified to use all equipment they carry.

To suit the size and risk profile of your event, we offer Basic, Intermediate, and Enhanced responder levels.

CQC Status & Clinical Governance

While first aid provision is exempt from CQC registration, we choose to operate to high clinical and governance standards through a robust Internal Quality Assurance framework.

Community-Focused Services

Income from commercial event work enables us to provide support to local communities, with some services offered free of charge or on a cost-only basis.
